Investment –
Coaching is £100 per hour. You can have as many sessions as you need.
Full days for training workshops, meetings, or support work start at £1,200 per day.
Coaching can be for; business development, strategic direction setting, personal growth, career development, resolving team issues, dealing with difficult people and so on.
Training sessions can be for; TA-based leadership skills, a unique approach to time management, communications skills, process improvement tools and coaching skills. Many of them contain elements of Transactional Analysis (TA), which makes them useful, interesting and different.
Coaching and training programmes can be developed to suit your specific needs so please ask.
Most of my coaching clients prefer a monthly session to give them time to put new learning into practice. If you need help now, perhaps because you have an interview soon, then make contact today.
Times –
I start early, work late, am happy to work with your time-zone and can be free at weekends.
This is because I need to be there when you need support and a flexible approach to timing is part of my service.
Location –
Online anywhere in the world.
In person anywhere in the UK.

Business Terms –
Primary People Ltd is my business and the entity that holds relevant professional business insurance and raises the invoices.
All work is a contract between you, or your organisation, and Primary People Ltd.
All work operates under the principle of ‘informed consent.’ If you would like more information about me, my work, or have specific needs, or queries please feel free to ask – the responsibility to act in awareness is yours.
Coaching work is confidential and we can discuss how to handle it if your line manager needs feedback.
Primary People Ltd is registered with the ICO and operates within GDPR guidelines.
Booked coaching/training sessions which are cancelled, for any reason, with less than 48hrs notice will be invoiced in full.
Books –
Please look for me on Amazon and all books are published by Marshall Cavendish. If you buy a book and it has no value, please send it to me for a full refund. I’d like you to be happy! Please be warned that the first 2 books do contain strong language.
