About
THE BLOG
This blog is primarily about soft skills (people, communication and self management) and contains useful tips and learning stories that have originated from the world of work.
Richard’s view is that people can take home things they’ve learned at work and also use them to improve family life.
He also believes that quick can be good and that great learning can come in any size, or shape. Therefore, the blog posts vary in length and content to keep them useful and readable.
THE SHOP
This blog also contains a shop, where you can buy practical learning packs that Richard has written and collated. They’ve all been used to support workshops and coaching activities and they all have a sample download, so you can see what they look like before you decide to make a purchase.
